- To create a Named Range select the full area of the data from the 1st row to the last column of the last row, then type in the name of the Range in the box
- The first row of the file always contains the FIELD NAMES
- The row immediately following the field name row can be an Alignment Indicator Row denoted for each column by L, R or C
- You can have up to 3 header rows
- If there are numbers in a column with a header or if there is an alignment indicator in the column change the column formatting to Text
